Two New Standard Certificates for Nouri Petrochemical Company

Nouri Petrochemical Company was awarded two new Standard Certificates:
ISO 10004: 2018 Customer Satisfaction Management and ISO 10002: 2018 Customer Complaints Management Certificates

According to the Nouri Petrochemical public relations, the external audit of the new management systems of this company was carried out by six auditors of SGS Switzerland and three members of the National Certification Center of Iran (NACI). This external audit was carried out online from December 5 to 9 due to the Coronavirus outbreak, and two new standard certificates were received.
The integrated processes and the necessary surveys of the headquarters and operational units were reviewed and the company received two standard certificates of ISO 10004: 2018 customer satisfaction assessment management and ISO 10002: 2018 customer complaint management. Nouri Petrochemical Company received the 2019 version of quality management and renewed other certificates.
It is necessary to note that in addition to receiving certificates issued during this evaluation, these certificates were extended:
ISO 9001: 2015, quality management systems

ISO 14001:2015, Environmental management systems

ISO/TS 29001:2010, Petroleum, petrochemical, and natural gas industries — Sector-specific quality management systems

HSE – MS, Health, Safety and Environment Management System

ISO 45001:2018, Occupational health and safety management systems
